Pacific View Development is a California State licensed General Contractor (B-796591) that provides construction services for single family homes, apartments, condominiums, retail, office and industrial properties. Pacific View Development's scope of work can include planning, bidding, entitlements, new construction or rehabilitation of existing structures.
In addition to its development capabilities, Pacific View Development can provide design, bidding, permit services, and construction of tenant improvements for office, retail and industrial properties.
Consulting Services are available for a variety of disciplines including bidding, contract negotiation, interface with design consultants and governmental agencies, entitlements, permit services, Owners Representation, and expert testimony.
